School Counseling Program 2022-2023
The following are Tier 1 services that will be given to students. ALL students on campus have access to the school counselor.
Students in grades K-2 can ask teachers if they can see the school counselor, and students in grades 3-6 can fill out the "Request to See the School Counselor" Form and I will set a time to meet them.
Parents can also request for the school counselors to see students under Parent Resources where a Parent Contact Request form is available.
Tier 1 Services: ALL students at La Verne Charter will be getting the following lessons that will be done throughout the course of the school year. *
Tier 1 Services: ALL students will also have access to the following school-wide activities themes throughout the school year!
Tier 2 and Tier 3!
Throughout the school year, I will be holding Small Group Counseling (Tier 2) and Individual Counseling (Tier 3)
A parent/Legal guardian consent form will be sent out with the student going over what the group is or what individual counseling is.
